Duty Summary:
  1. Integrating and synthesizing general affairs of the university.
  2. Proofreading and forwarding all the official documents.
  3. Signing and sealing under the authorization of the President.
  4. Summoning and recording meetings related to school affairs,administration, chief executive officers, and funding inspection.
  5. Dealing with affairs concerning university image, public relations, crisis management, and message delivered to the media.
  6. Managing all law cases of the university.
  7. Coordinating and communicating with other departments.
  8. Other provisional affairs authorized by the President.
