1. To cope with the novel Coronavirus pandemic, all of the intern advisors should keep contacting students who participates into off-campus internship programs. The close negotiation should be implemented between two parties once Coronavirus outbreak occurs.

2. When the pandemic is ongoing, all the interns (trainees) should pay close attention to the disease related information, follow the disciplines, and self-monitor for their health. Interns (trainees) should report to their advisors regularly.

3. Any student who is confirmed or is suspected to be infected by the sanitary unit, the institution should report to the MOE Campus Security Center and sanitation-related administrations within 24 hours.

4. Concerning the New Southbound International Programs of Industry-Academia Collaboration, the internship programs and the start of the second semester of the 108th academic year should be the same. All the adjustment should be based on the calendar schedule of the school. All the contract dates that are earlier than the start of the semester should be modified as soon as possible.

5. The institution should pay close attention to the development of the disease and measure reasonably both the safety and learning results of the interns (trainees). Moreover, all the practices and courses should be flexibly accommodated to deal with the national anti-infection operations. The school authority should provide with complementary or supporting measures to help students accomplish the programs once special situation occurs or when students are not able to practice at the organizations.
